1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached).
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by a proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

Final Sale Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Non-returnable items, e.g., Sale items, personalized/customized products.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at nungjeng@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
2. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
• Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

4. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item from a different category or product subject to availability.

• If the item you want is in stock, we will process the exchange once we receive your return.
• If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing your orders. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at nungjeng@gmail.com

Please include your order number and photos/video of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping and will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
