Thank you for your interest in our products! This policy outlines all you need to know about shipping, delivery timelines, and related information. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

Before your order ships, it goes through a processing stage where we prepare your item(s) for dispatch.

• Standard Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays).
• Peak Season/High Volume Processing Time: During sales or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Timelines & Delivery Estimates

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the following estimated timelines apply. These are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the carrier’s performance.

Total Estimated Time from Order to Delivery:

• Fastest Possible: 4 business days (1 day processing + 1 day shipping).
• Longest Possible: 12 business days (3 days processing + 7 days shipping + 2 days for potential carrier delays).

3. Shipping Carriers

We have two shipping method

1. Flat Rate it’s a chargeable shipping method with a fixed rate of Rs. 300 within the specific area (Please check the pin code for delivery available on the product page). It will take minimum 1 working days or maximum 5 working days according to the product availability.
2. Local Pick is the shipping method which the customer comes and collect the product. Our executive will contact you after the order is confirm and inform the date and time to collect the product.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to follow your order’s journey.

**5. What If My Order Is Delayed?

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timelines, occasional delays can happen due to factors beyond our control, such as:

• Inclement weather or natural disasters.
• Carrier delays or logistical issues.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

If your order is significantly past the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us at nungjeng@gmail.com or mobile no mention on the website, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

• Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by you. Reshipping a lost package due to an incorrect address will be at the customer’s expense.
• Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available, or the package cannot be left safely, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow these instructions or contact the carrier directly to arrange for pickup or redelivery. Unclaimed packages may be returned to us, and refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
